Perfectly Posh in EVERY Way

Well things just don't get much better than last night.

First I went to the V&A for the opening of the China Design Now exhibition. I drank loads of champagne and got to eat a scrummy meal with my workmates. We dubbed our table affectionately 'the kids table' as all the senior members of the team had to sit at corporate tables doing the schmooze and we were left to our contented hearts to not have to be on best behaviour and have the opportunity to relax - which admittedly, just does not come often enough.

But the best part was when we left the gala and felt a bit of a bender was in order.

Next stop: Shoreditch House. 'Where did you go?' you ask. That's what I asked myself over and over again. Apparently I went to a private members club (one of my workmates is apparently a founding member and blagged her way into bringing an extra guest on top of her entitled three), so off we went to sip cocktails until three in the morning. It was absolutely surreal. Too posh for me - I felt like I was in a film. But another random thing to add to the checklist of 'been there, done thats'. I question everyday whether this is for real - it seems surreal.

Posh pics of the ultra-posh place.
