Uhhuh, so what? you might ask.

S0-o, yours truly - ahem moi, has one of these peculiarities, but unlike what it says on wiki, mine did not go away within three to five years. I definitely still have a blue birthmark that looks like a bruise but I won't be showing it off anytime soon and I don't call it a mongolian spot. I call it my Cabbage Patch mark of membership - for cool kids only.

Just thought I might do a bit of random oversharing. Actually, this entire blog might be considered in the same respect.
